What counts as a content change?
On a reddysite plan, these are included without limit, with no charge per change:
- Text and photo changes
- New standard pages
- Blog and post updates
- Contact details and hours
- Ordinary SEO housekeeping
What isn’t included?
New functionality sits outside “unlimited” and is quoted before work starts:
- Integrations, tools, calculators and portals
- Selling online on a Standard plan
- Optional sections beyond your plan, such as a portfolio or case studies
- A logo or brand redesign
- A materially different website from the one you bought
The reddysite terms of service list both sides word for word.
Why do plans draw the line at features?
A content change is quick and follows a pattern. A new feature has to be designed, built and tested. A plan that priced both the same would have to cap content changes to pay for the features. Separating them lets a provider promise no limit on everyday changes and quote the larger work plainly.
How do I ask for a change?
reddysite changes are requested by message. You write what you want in plain words, in your dashboard or by email, and attach a photo if it helps. Each request gets a ticket number you can quote. A person checks every change before it goes live, and you get an email when it’s done. Changing your website by sending a message walks through a request.
What should I ask other providers?
The word “unlimited” means little without its boundary. Ask whether edits are capped by hours or by number of requests, whether new pages count, and what a new feature costs. Get the answers in writing. A plan that says “unlimited” and nothing more probably has a limit nobody wrote down. What a website subscription covers lists the other questions, and the reddysite pricing page shows what the monthly includes.
